- Managing and updating archives, files, reports, and official records of the company in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintaining internal communication within departments and with department heads.
- Organizing meetings, taking minutes, preparing reports, and internal communication of updates.
- Handling the office's material and logistical needs, including ordering supplies and reporting technical issues.
- Managing emails, incoming calls, schedules, and mail.
- Prior knowledge of the legal field (experience in law firms, legal departments, fiduciaries, etc.)
- Fluency in English and French. Proficiency in German and/or Luxembourgish will be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in computer tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and word processing software.
- A strong academic background and higher education degrees will be considered a plus.
