We Are Looking for Regional Vendor Coordinator to Tracking and monitoring vendor compliance initiatives for Local shops alongside supporting the team with administrative duties.

What's on the menu? (Duties & Responsibilities)
Daily tracking & monitoring of initiatives such as picker performance compliance scores, monthly scanning data and daily availability checks across 7 markets-
Compiling weekly performance results data for vendor performance, picker compliance & scanning results-
Owning initiative trackers, supporting with sharing results and updating stakeholders-
Coordinating across markets to ensure compliance initiatives are being implemented and on track-
General support with operational admin tasks such as creating agendas, running reports, updating trackers and taking meeting minutes and communicating to attendees
What are we looking for: (Core Qualifications & Experience)
High school diploma or equivalent education-
Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not requiredStrong organizational and time management skills-
Good verbal and written communication skills-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team-
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks-
Professional demeanor and positive attitude-
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed-
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
