    Functie

    Technisch Operator LOC is één van de uitdagende jobs binnen Organon inHeist-op-den-Berg . In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische ondersteuning en het onderhoud van de productielijnen binnen onze organisatie.

    Als Technisch Operator LOC draag je bij aan het optimaal functioneren van onze geavanceerde machines. Je staat in voor de preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden, en zorgt ervoor dat eventuele storingen zo snel mogelijk worden opgelost.

    Bovendien speel je een belangrijke rol in het continu verbeteren van onze processen. Je analyseert technische problemen en zet jouw expertise in om duurzame oplossingen te ontwikkelen. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om een optimale productieflow te garanderen.

    In deze job krijg je de kans om jouw technische vaardigheden volop te benutten en verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. De focus ligt op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid.

    Kortom, als Technisch Operator LOC bij Organon sta je aan het roer van technologische innovatie. Je hebt een cruciale rol in het productieproces en draagt bij aan het realiseren van onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen.

    Aanbod

    Je komt terecht in de farmaceutische sector.
    Je wordt tewerkgesteld in een 2-ploegen stelsel (vroege/late).
    Groeipad binnen het bedrijf: doorgroeimogelijkheden tot onderhoudstechnieker mogelijk indien je jezelf bewijst.
    65 dagen interim en dan krijg je tijdelijke contracten van 6 maand aangeboden tot een totaal van 3 jaar.

    Profiel en vaardigheden

    Technisch Operator in Heist-op-den-Berg, het is een job met verantwoordelijkheid en uitdaging. Maar wat zijn de vaardigheden en competenties die je nodig hebt voor deze functie bij Organon?

    • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (A2 niveau) in mechanica, elektriciteit of elektromechanica. Kennis van PLC is een extra troef.

    • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als technisch operator of in een vergelijkbare functie.

    • Je toont initiatief en bent proactief. Problemen? Die los jij op

    • Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed omgaan met strakke deadlines.

    • Je bent flexibel qua werkuren: je werkt in een ploegensysteem.

    • Veiligheid is voor jou prioriteit nummer één.

    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel gesproken als geschreven.

    • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technologieën en methodes.
