- Analyzing, investigating and designing (automated) logistic concepts and processes , based on the available data and your experience on previous projetcs;
- Leading workshops with customers and suppliers to ensure proper alignment of logistics concepts with all requirements;
- Performing activity based cost calculations for designed solutions; #LI-AM4
- Developing proposals and presenting the solutions to the (potential) customer, highlighting the unique Selling Point and benefits from the Solution.
- Master's degree in logistics/engineering or equal level by experience. 5 years of experience in operations management and/or engineering; Extended knowledge of Warehouse Solutions, conceptual and technical knowledge to transform this in the design of new automated solutions;
- Strong experience in activity-based cost calculation and the establishment of rates;
- Born confident and motivator with enthusiasm to lead people. You are a decision maker and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Result driven mindset, good communication and presentation skills, strong team spirit;
- Excellent command of English, Dutch is a plus;
- You are willing to travel in Belgium (north) and The Netherlands (South) in relation to different projects / customers.
