To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Specialist.

  • Sales Pricing:
  • Maintain and enforce the sales pricing policy
  • Prepare the monthly pricing reports
  • Prepare the pricing KPI's
  • Support the European Sales Team Management on all pricing tasks
  • Support pricing through maintenance of price lists
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly the sales analysis for all key customer accounts across Europe
  • Prepare the management summary report
  • Prepare and maintain the business tracking reports and present monthly the key performance indicators to the Senior Management team along with recommendations.
  • Special reports as required by the business
  • Assist sales management with specific report and dashboards requests to support strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Enable the sales force by ensuring the existing dashboards and reports are fully understood and utilized
  • Respond to adhoc reporting requests and prioritize against competing efforts
  • Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including trends for products & market / customer trends
  • Deliverables are daily/weekly/monthly sales forecasts vs actual sales, pipeline, CRM KPI metrics on lead conversion, opportunity tracking, etc.
  • CRM Management:
  • Working closely with al[ departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
  • Monitor lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for all departments.
  • CRM Controlling for the business unit
  • Consult with Sales teams to manage periodic hierarchy changes and sales rep changes to ensure appropriate mapping into the sales systems
