The BeNeNord marketing team is expanding and looking for a new creative Digital Marketing Experts to orchestrate the customer journey and enable an incredible customer experience.


This person will focus on the Benelux market and will preferably work from one of our offices in Antwerp, Belgium or HQ, Gothenburg, Sweden.


About the job:


The Digital Marketing Specialist will be focusing on omnichannel marketing initiatives in the Benelux region and will be responsible for the co-development and implementation of a Multi-Channel Marketing infrastructure and communication plan in alignment with our regional marketing plan.

This is a great opportunity to have a multifaceted and transversal role, combining technical expertise in digital media with traditional marketing strategies, the ability to build content, knowledgeable about marketing & metrics to increase Mölnlycke's digital presence and enhance our brand performance.


The key accountabilities will be to:

  • Conduct a transversal way of working with the BeNeNord and local marketing teams and other stakeholders to plan, create, develop and implement an annual multichannel communication plan in line with EMEA & Global guidelines, adapted to the local focus strategy. Ensure organization and platform readiness for the change
  • Contribute to a connected and synergistic marketingsales strategy. Continually working handinhand with Sales to optimize customer acquisition and retention (bow tie funnel)
  • Ensure brand consistency on all digital communication channels
  • Attract relevant target groups on LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant Social Media channels through creating and publishing posts, use of SEO, SEM and paid search. You will also build and publish website content and plan to increase website traffic
  • In collaboration with Marketing Manager and local Product Managers, manage selection and contract negotiations with communications
- and media agencies as relevant based on the MCM communication plan

What you'll need

  • Omnichannel marketing experience, preferably from B2B corporate environment
  • Digital capabilities, such as SEO, SEA, social media, traditional marketing capabilities, omnichannel strategy
  • Digital savviness and skills to work with tools such as Episerver (Optimizely), Canva, Marketing Cloud and similar
  • A strong drive, high ambitions and a cando attitude
  • Degree from University/Business School or Master Degree in marketing/ digital marketing or equivalent through working experience.
  • Preferably experience from life science or other regulated industry
  • English skills + one local language for Benelux region/role, one local language for Nordics region/role
