    Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het produceren van chemicaliën voor toepassingen op microchips. Functieomschrijving Als Business Systems Analyst focus je op zowel de functionele vereisten als de projectbeheeraspecten van SAP & andere gerelateerde projecten. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen waaronder IT, productie, logistiek, supply chain, financiën en andere functionele teams om enerzijds de IT noden binnen deze afdeling te detecteren en te collecteren, van hieruit zal projecten definiëren en beargumenteren. Voor deze projecten ben je verantwoordelijk voor een naadloze integratie en implementatie in onze organisatie. Je maakt fysisch deel uit van het Information Systems team.Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
    • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en -behoeften om oplossingen te identificeren en te implementeren,
    • Je stelt projectplannen op, je beheert de resources en houdt toezicht op de voortgang van SAP-implementatieprojecten,
    • Je leidt projectteams en coördineert de communicatie tussen alle belanghebbenden,
    • Je voert systeemtests uit, je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en oplossen van problemen en zorgt voor een soepele implementatie van IT-oplossingen,
    • Je ontwerpt, configureert en past aan van SAP-modules om te voldoen aan de specifieke eisen van de organisatie,
    • Je bent in staat om te zorgen voor een nauwkeurig budgetbeheer en rapportage van projectstatus aan het management,
    • Je zorgt voor een degelijke training van de eindgebruikers en verstrekt ondersteuning bij het oplossen van SAP-gerelateerde problemen.
    Profiel
    • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in informatietechnologie, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied,
    • Aantoonbare ervaring als SAP Business Analyst en Project Manager,
    • Kennis van SAP-modules (PP, PP-PI, FI-CO, WM, MM, IM, SD),
    • Ervaring met SAP-MII & PCO is een pluspunt,
    • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe bedrijfsprocessen te begrijpen en op zoek gaan naar oplossingen hiervoor (Binnen SAP en andere),
    • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse belanghebbenden,
    • Ervaring met projectmanagementmethodologieën en -tools.
