- Lead the charge in achieving digital commerce sales targets and capturing market share across the Benelux region.
- Oversee key accounts including pure-players (Farmaline & Newpharma), marketplaces (Amazon), and omnichannel platforms (Médi-Market).
- Provide support to the sales team for online activities with other omni-players (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour, etc.) including business reviews and year-end negotiations.
- Collaborate with customer marketing and category management to drive promotion and performance marketing initiatives, encompassing both upper and lower funnel activities.
- Work closely with the Digital Commerce (D-com) lead to develop and execute strategic plans and media strategies, in partnership with the D-com media manager.
- Utilize data analysis to uncover opportunities for portfolio optimization, including performance, promotions, activations, and market trends.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships between sales, marketing, digital leads, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in driving strategic initiatives at the local level and support the development of digital commerce capabilities within the commercial and marketing teams.
- Optimize digital shelf performance in collaboration with the Digital Shelves Manager.
- 3-5 years of FMCG and e-commerce experience.
- Proficiency in commercial account management, marketing, or media management.
- Demonstrated success in digital commerce, especially in Amazon account management.
- Fluency in English and either French or Dutch; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.
- Ideally holds a degree in economics, business administration, or digital management.
- Deep understanding of Benelux digital commerce trends, particularly in retail and pharmacy sectors.
- Track record in effective P&L management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to drive transformative initiatives and influence stakeholders.
