Het ontwikkelen en actueel houden van trainingsmateriaal is jouw expertise, waarbij je de focus legt op praktische toepasbaarheid. Samen met het team scherp je leerdoelen aan, zodat elke medewerker zich kan ontwikkelen tot een bedreven IT Architect.
- Als toegewijde coach ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van medewerkers, waardoor zij groeien in hun vakmanschap en hun verantwoordelijkheden vol vertrouwen kunnen opnemen. Je houdt de voortgang van verschillende coachingstrajecten bij en rapporteert regelmatig, zodat de ontwikkeling van elk individu helder in kaart wordt gebracht.
- Jij speelt een essentiële rol in het verder uitbouwen van de community werking binnen de groep IT Architecten. Door het organiseren van boeiende events en stimulerende forums bevorder je een omgeving waar kennisdeling en samenwerking gedijen.
- Als Coach IT Architecture ben je actief betrokken bij verschillende initiatieven en projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met andere stakeholders om de gestelde doelen te bereiken en draagt bij aan de continue groei van IT Architectuur binnen Colruyt Group.
- Kennis en ervaring We zoeken een IT Architect met bewezen ervaring, die klaar is om zijn/haar kennis in te zetten voor de ontwikkeling van IT Architectuur binnen Colruyt Group.
- Commmunicatief vermogen Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, essentieel voor het geven van opleidingen, het coachen van medewerkers en het in gesprek gaan met andere stakeholders.
- Energie mobiliseren Als coach ben je in staat energie te mobiliseren, zowel in het opleiden van anderen als in het bijdragen aan de community werking.
- Expertise uitwisselen Het delen en uitwisselen van expertise is een sleutelrol. Je draagt bij aan de groei van het vakmanschap door actieve betrokkenheid in initiatieven en projecten.
- Talenkennis - Je spreekt vlekkeloos Nederlands en/of Engels. Zo kun je makkelijk met iedereen communiceren.
- Afwisseling en uitdaging Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Je werkt samen met veel verschillende stakeholders en je kan je talenten volop benutten
