    • Beantwoorden van telefoongesprekken en verwelkomen van bezoekers.
    • Handhaven van werk-, kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieunormen.
    • Aannemen van werkopdrachten en plannen met de manager.
    • Regelen van vervangend vervoer.
    • Opvolgen van vragen bij lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
    • Assisteren bij administratieve taken en afleveren van herstelde voertuigen.
    • Informeren van klanten over dossierdetails.
    • Communiceren van problemen naar de manager.

    • Rijbewijs B vereist.
    • Interesse in praktisch werk, vooral in schadeherstelbedrijven.
    • Goede vaardigheden in MS Office, bij voorkeur kennis van Audatex.
    • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans.
    • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen.
    • Klantgericht en servicegericht.
    • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
