Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte, tijdige en kwalitatieve afhandeling van alle herstellingen aan voertuigen binnen het Car Logistics TeamVerder komen volgende zaken aan bod in je takenpakket:
- Coachen, ondersteunen, motiveren en evalueren van een dynamisch team van voorbereiders, pistoolschilders, uitdeukers en carrosserie-medewerkers;
- Opmaken, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse manpower planning zodat de service gewaarborgd blijft;
- Nauwgezet de voorraad beheren van de nodige onderdelen en materialen;
- Een correcte en continue dienstverlening garanderen volgens de afgesproken deadlines en volgens de doelstellingen en standaarden die de klant nastreeft op vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu;
- De bestaande methodes en procedures evalueren en optimaliseren. Profiel - Je bent een geboren people manager die kwaliteit en service hoog in het vaandel draagt.
- Je ben communicatief ingesteld en maakt een verschil door je probleemoplossende vaardigheden .
- Je hebt een technische achtergrond in automotive en een doorgedreven kennis en ervaring in het herstellen van wagens (uitdeuken, spuiten).
- Je hebt reeds 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Ms Office.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Engels. Aanbod - Een uitdagende rol voor een internationale grootspeler.
- Een contract van onbepaalde duur,
- 38 verlofdagen (geen collectief verlof),
- Een functie in dagploeg,
- Een salaris dat in verhouding staat bij je werkervaring en kennis,
- Een uitgebreid pakket verzekeringen (groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering, privé-ongevallenverzekering, invaliditeitsverzekering).
