Your main duties and responsibilities as Operational Readiness Manager are:

Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to identify, evaluate and transform initiatives into clear, operationally feasible solutions.
Create new operational models for initiatives with a fundamental impact on Operations and advise on preferred partner(s) to develop/implement these models.
Define and implement a unified framework to ensure the "clickin" of Operations into the Telenet Agile Way of Working (TAWOW) for the purpose of implementing organizational changes and transformations.
Connect different initiatives to align them and/or find forms of synergy and analyze technical alternatives.
Assist the initiative owner to prepare for its approval and supervise various initiatives with an impact on Operations.
Implement required transparent communication tools and dashboard structures to provide internal and external stakeholders at SLT level the overview and status of operational readiness for ongoing initiatives.

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position and have a Master's degree in a relevant field.

You are familiar with various operational processes and have experience working Agile. In addition, you have a strong analytical mind and can make complex technical information understandable to non-technical stakeholders. You are a team player and can cope well with change and pressure.
