Your tasks

Preparing, facilitating and organising governance meetings;
Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of the service;
Organises trainings and webinars;
Produces and manages the communication plan;
Keeps stakeholders updated to ensure adoption of the service;
Executes the communication campaign, oversee the implementation and ensure adoption of defined targets;
Creates and updates communication materials (leaflets, user guides, onboardingrace);
Creates and disseminates surveys;
Manages and maintains the external Confluence space.

Requirements:

Masters' degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 17 years of relevant experience;
Excellent knowledge of Confluence, PlantUML, MS Visio, Jira, Rally, Eclipse, Toad, SQL Developer;
Experience working with Agile, SAFe as well as Oracle;
Handon experience with EJB, SOAP/REST Webservices, J2EE, ETOM;
Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools;
Knowledge in analysing customer segments, e.g., experiencing a specific product problem;
Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint);
Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear and wellstructured documents, and presentations;
Excellent command of the English language.
