Enterprise Architect (EA for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics)
in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

As
Enterprise Architect (EA you will be responsible for:

Create business architecture models that reflect the organization's strategies and goals.
Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.
Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.
Conduct research to find ways to improve operations.
Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
Create and implement a business vision and multiyear plan.
Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
Coordination of the implementation of the business requirements.
Definition and analysis of the business requirements.
Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan.
Participation in functional working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Master Degree of 5 years

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as BPMN
Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as Enterprise Architect,
Experienced in business analysis.
Experienced in software development.
Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
Usage of project management tools.
Good knowledge of business process analysis.
Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture.
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in working in team;
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
Ability to work in multicultural environment, on multiple large projects;
Excellent Team Player
Ability to understand, speak and write English C1,

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

At least 5 years of experience with JAVA
At least 5 years of experience with BPMN
