We are looking for:

The Finance Project Manager is a real team player, part of the Capital Markets team, interacting with different corporate finance functions (treasury, tax, m&a etc) and focusing on various analysis and modelling requirements for internal needs as well as for interactions with external stakeholders such as rating agencies, equity and debt providers.

We count on you for:

Preparing quarterly and annual meetings with rating agencies, understand rating methodology (such as Moody's and S&P Global), maintain the rating model and suggest actions to improve credit metrics
Modelizing P&L and FCF impacts, Monitor dividend cover capacity, Cash forecasts, portfolio management scenarios (incl. acquisition, divestment, share buyback, spinoff, IPO) and assess their impact over credit rating, value creation and group performance
Analysing and forecast FCF performance and net debt variation in collaboration with Corporate Controlling and support the preparation of presentations for top management
Interacting and support Corporate Finance (Treasury, Tax, Corporate Controlling, etc.), strategy and advisors/banks on corporate finance projects (inc. valuation, portfolio management, etc.)

You will bring:

Bachelor in finance or accounting
Relevant experience of 5 years in finance
