- Je begeleidt cliënten bij alle vragen, zowel op vennootschapsrechtelijk, boekhoudkundig als fiscaal vlak inzake de (her)structurering van vennootschapsgroepen in de brede zin van het woord.
- Je werkt gericht oplossingen uit inzake deze materie (interne fusie, (partiële) splitsing, overnamefinanciering, etc.), je wordt daarbij ondersteund door onze gedreven teamleden.
- Je draagt bij aan (interne) seminaries over actuele topics inzake deze materie en werkt tevens mee aan de externe communicatie over dergelijke nieuwigheden via nieuwsbrieven.
