The Opportunity

As part of the Business Consulting
Finance team, you will join a team with diverse industry knowledge, along with unique consulting expertise.

You will work with some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world and address critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

To support the growth of our team, we are looking for a
Senior Consultant with controlling and/or finance transformation experience with a strong focus on
FP&A.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an FP&A Senior Consultant, you will:

build and maintain strong relationships within client organizations,

- working with them to understand their most critical business problems and priorities,
- collaborating with your EY colleagues,
- focus on the design and implementation of operating models in FP&A,
- developing the business partner function within companies.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You are a great communicator, a team player, relationships builder, with leadership skills, and a real desire to learn and grow.
You are passionate about finance, business controlling, financial planning and analysis.
You also have interest in new finance technologies (SAC, Tagetik, Board).
Professional in your approach, you will have a natural ability to establish personal credibility with clients.
You will also be highly organized, capable of coordinating with your own workload, meeting deadlines, proactively managing risks and delivering quality outcomes.
As an influential member of the team, you will help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior member teams and help them to develop.

We Will Team Up To
- define a (global) finance vision and strategy
- conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking
- design and implement new Finance Operating Models
- (re)design and improve the end-to-end FP&A process
- implement new FP&A solutions
- review of costing models against leading practices and regulatory requirements
- design and implement costing models using the activity-basd costing logic

Profile

Master's in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
25 years of experiencce in Finance Consulting or in projects related to the design and improvement of FP&A and/or costing processes and methodologies
Prior experience with technologies is a plus (SAC, Tagetik, Board, Anaplan)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French
A proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with diverse groups
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs
Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
Forward thinker and selfmotivator that thrives on new challenges and integrates quickly new knowledge
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
Flexible with travel requirements
