Our client is a global leader in dry ice production machinery, used for environmentally friendly cleaning, surface preparation and parts finishing.

They are now expanding their business and are partnering with some of the biggest Industrial and Technological companies in the world.

They are now looking for a talented
Customer Service Support Assistant to join their European Sales/Service office in Zellik.

In the role, you will support the Service Manager and a team of Field Service Technicians with customer care and service/part supplies.


Job Profile for Customer Service Support Assistant

  • Update service history and proactively update customer's and technician's schedules
  • Manage and maintain service agreements and internal system's calculator
  • Handle standard spare parts and service requests for quotes
  • Manage intercompany transactions and parts orders, service jobs and warranty orders entry in an ERP system
  • Answer incoming service calls and redirect them to the appropriate contact person via ticketing system
  • Qualify requests for a quote and support
  • Manage and maintain the inventory
  • Receive goods and manage shipments including freight bookings, ERP processing in/out of goods to European entities
  • Provide service support to other functions at the office (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management)
  • Back up the Service Coordinator Europe, and perform other support tasks as required/assigned
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus
  • 13 years of experience with similar service administrative responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills and use of appropriate phone etiquette
  • Serviceoriented and clientoriented
  • Natural "flair and interest" for technical products
  • Possess an affinity for administrative workflows, take pride in speed and accuracy of work performed
  • Respond to pressure calmly and professionally, manage stress appropriately
  • Proactive, take initiative when required

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • French (preferred)
  • Dutch (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Zellik (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Zellik: Relocate before starting work (required)
