IT Project Manager in Brussels, Belgium.


Job Profile for IT Project Manager

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage and follow up multiple projects in some or all their life cycle phases and activities including Agile methodology
  • Enforce the delivery of the projects according to the agreed schedule, with the expected quality and with the resources provided
  • Coordinate the projects' various stakeholders as well as manage the project team
  • Structure the information in ways that are appropriate to the target audience; ensure that activities are communicated in due time and that key information is understood
  • Report on the project status and escalate issues, in particular, the ones with potential impacts on time or resources
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years
  • Experience in Agile Projects, DevSecOps, Containers and Cloud are considered as assets
  • Experience with Project Management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT or other IT organisationalrelated frameworks and processes in particular Service Management and Operations
  • Knowledge of ITC technologies, such as networking, virtualisation, operating systems, databases, middleware
  • Ability to produce minutes, notes, business cases, vision documents, service level agreements, terms of collaboration, planning schedules, etc.
  • Experience in largescale systems integration projects, preferably within IT and/or taxation, excise and customs environments is an asset
  • Possession of a recognised certificate in Project management is an asset
