The DELIVER organization strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics and transportation across Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

DELIVER supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products and DELIVER EMEA manages a complex network of Distribution centers (DC's) and Customer Services centers across Europe, Middle East and Africa supporting multiple distribution channels to J&J broad range of customers.

Since 2013 DELIVER has undertaken a complete review of its network and consolidated its footprint while driving best in class distribution operations and demonstrating Third Party Logistic sourcing base.

Hands-on coordination of Outbound Transportation Operations out of the European Medical Device Hub in Courcelles and DC Strasbourg. Focuses on enabling execution of reliable day-to-day operations, ensuring reliability, speed, quality and compliance.

Be the "goto" person, Hub point of contact for J&J internal stakeholders and key business partners;
To own, lead and deliver standard shipping transaction processes for the EDC and to translate those into control plans;
To support daily operational coordination with the CEVA shipping and document control team;
To lead Carrier Operational Performance Reviews, to ensure performance target are met and to drive corrective actions and optimizations if needed;
To lead the shipment complaints and claims process and to drive systemic process changes to eliminate defects;
Drives continuous improvement aligned with the DELIVER vision, strategy, standards and international legislations, in order to eliminate nonvalued activities and quality inhibitors and by measuring 3 rd Party Transportation Service Providers;
Actively surfaces and resolves key issues with a sense of urgency;
Ensures adherence to Outbound Transportation Processes;
Embraces a culture of Safety & Compliance.

Qualifications:

- +5 years' experience in core logistics, transportation and carrier/3PL processes

Master's degree in logistics or equivalent;
Proven ability to lead complexity across a broad portfolio of customers and channels;
Demonstrated impact on roles requiring orchestration and influence;
Teamwork able to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus;
Skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesize;
Results focused with consistent track record;
Highly collaborative and influential;
Business fluent in English, fluency in additional European languages is a plus;
Customer oriented and dedicated attitude;
Strong analytical & process oriented;
Strong project planning & execution skills;
Familiar with MS-Office tools and ERP packages.
