About the role

Inspire the way we live by delivering value to every individual directly or indirectly affect by the projects you deliver
The project manager will report to the portfolio manager of fiber cement and fire protection
In this role you will communicate and collaborate with all departments within Etex (process engineering, innovation & industrialization, purchasing, operations, safety, etc.)
You will be based in our KOB offices, but the role requires 20% travelling to factories
Manage projects from the ideation phase until the handover to client

- $Build the team (maintenance, operations, safety, purchasing ) that will support you to deliver the project successfully

Liaise between the stakeholders and the project team
Support our client in defining the scope that meets the company's strategic objectives
Control and monitor all project KPIs to meet their predefined success benchmarks

About you

Passionate about project management and its methodologies
Be an effective communicator to articulate the expectations and risks to the team and stakeholders honestly and openly
Actively pursue selfdevelopment and the empowerment of his team
Fully committed to EHS standards
Have a strong engineering background
Knowledgeable and previously applied project management widely recognized practices such as (PMI, PRINCE2)
