Mission

Join our exciting journey of Specialty Fats research & business development projects As a valuable team member, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with our dynamic R&D team.

Your Role:

Take charge of administrative activities, providing essential support to the R&D Team.
Lead small projects that are closely linked to our cuttingedge pilot and R&D initiatives.
Share responsibility for the daily operational management of our pilot plant and assisting in larger ventures.

Key Tasks:

R&D and Business Development Projects Support:

Take the lead in organizing and conducting pilot trials and samples, taking them from raw materials to finished products.
Conduct detailed lab analysis and diligently follow product shelf life (pH, hardness, stability, colour, NMR, and more).
Get ready to ship samples and provide invaluable assistance during visits from suppliers and universities.
Co-Lead the charge in driving small projects closely tied to our pilot and R&D endeavours, with the guidance of our experienced R&D Manager.

Administrative Activities:

Take charge of crucial administrative support for the R&D Team, including SAP Item creations (new Raw Materials creation support and Technical Data Sheet) and maintaining R&D databases (portfolio, recipe changes, raw materials).

Wo are we looking for?:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Food and/or Dietary Science and/or (Bio) Chemistry or related fields.
You bring 3 years of handson experience in a lab environment, and it's even better if you have previously worked in the food industry.
You are fluent in French and have a strong command of English (knowledge of Dutch is an advantage).
