In line with Proximus strategy, Proximus Carrier & Wholesale ("CWS") opens fixed, mobile and data assets to alternative operators, service providers and OTTs to maximise the value of the Proximus network, platforms and assets, contributing to our goal of building the best Gigabit network for Belgium.

CWS customers are Global operators, Domestic operators, Mobile players, MVNOs and OTT players offering solutions to both the residential and professional market.

Purpose of the job
Proximus Wholesale is looking to reinforce its Sales Team with a Sales Manager focusing on business generated with the recently created Joint Ventures for fix/mobile infra on the Belgian market (e.g. MWingz, Unifiber, Fiberklaar,)
.

Purpose isto develop, structure, run, boost, and maximize the business with existing and upcoming network JV's on the Belgian market, managing all external/internal stakeholders (up to C-level).

Profile

Strong recognized business lead, capable to motivate and steer people drive/focus to realize business ambitions.
High business acumen; strong commercial drive; able to build/define a sustainable business model with the partner; dealmaker; experienced negotiator (commercial/technical/contractual); closing mindset; stress resistant
You have a good knowledge of the wholesale market and dynamics. If not, you are a quick learner with a strong eagerness to learn.
You have a proven sales track in a similar business environment.
You constantly challenge and raise the bar for yourself as well as for all external/internal stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and capable to build strong collaboration and relationships leading to sustainable bilateral value creation.
You can work autonomously, and you have a drive for results
Team player willing to support and grow colleagues
Strong communicator in 3 different languages: French, Dutch, and English
