Wat ga je doen?
Als R&D Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en beheren van ons ontwerp -team dat zich richt op de ontwikkeling van nieuwe metalen onderdelen en tooling, processen en technologieën. Je zult een cruciale rol spelen bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en het begeleiden van projecten van concept tot productie. U zult nauw samenwerken met interne teams, klanten en leveranciers om de nieuwste trends en technologische ontwikkelingen te integreren in onze R&D-inspanningen en om producten te leveren die voldoen aan de hoogste normen van kwaliteit, prestaties en duurzaamheid.
