- Creation, follow-up and quality control of the information of client projects;
- Collect, validate and analyze billing documents (Timesheets, Purchase orders) and subcontractor's invoices & related payments;
- Collect, control and perform 1st level expense reports validation;
- Client Invoicing and follow-up;
- Weekly monitoring of contracts, PO's and client's overdue payments.
- A bachelor's degree in business management or accountancy.
- A first experience in credit collection, accounting, finance, or billing is an asset.
- Have an advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Navision is a plus.
- A very good level of English, Dutch and/or French, spoken and written.
- You have a strong professional conscience and are recognized for your rigor, initiative and synthesis.
