Job Offer:
Warehouse Operator for a European Institution in Brussels


Allo Intérim & Consulting is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced
Warehouse Operator to join a prestigious European institution based in Brussels. This critical role requires a dedicated professional capable of efficiently managing warehousing and logistics operations.


Main Duties:


  • Assisting in the
    logistics process, tracking, and receiving orders.
  • Responsible for
    safe and efficient receipt of ordered goods as well as their correct storage in appropriate warehouses.
  • Managing
    accurate inventory in the client's systems and
    labeling (when necessary).
  • Conducting
    regular physical stock inventories.
  • Daily warehouse management, maintaining a good level of storage and cleanliness.
  • Maintaining
    accurate inventory levels for the client's products.
  • Developing
    basic reports on activities.

Required Qualifications:


Technical Skills and Experience:


  • At least
    3 years of relevant experience in the IT logistics sector.
  • Experience in using
    SAP.
  • Ability to work in a
    precise and methodical manner.
  • Capability to use a
    forklift truck for managing height storage.
  • Capacity to organize
    delivery schedules.
  • Quality control of incoming IT material versus orders.

ITIL V4 Foundation Certification (not mandatory, but required within 3 months of hiring).


Organizational Skills:


  • Ability to work
    independently in a warehouse environment.
  • Able to coordinate a team on inventory activities.
  • Ability to write and keep uptodate
    stock management procedures.
  • Understanding of
    health and safety requirements.

  • Stress resilient.

Language and Communication Skills:

Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
