    Onze klant is een beursgenoteerd FMCG bedrijf gevestigd in West-Vlaanderen met internationale headquarters en marktleider in zijn domein. Functieomschrijving
    • Als Human Resources Manager Europe ben je enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor de vertaling van het corporate HR beleid naar de divisie West-Europa (België, Nederland, Frankrijk en Spanje) en fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor de lokale HR Managers in de diverse landen in een matrix structuur. Daarnaast ben je zelf ook operationeel HR verantwoordelijke voor de Belgische productievestigingen gelegen in West-Vlaanderen.
    • Je optimaliseert systemen, processen, procedures volgens de waarden en uitdagingen waar de groep voor staat. Als change agent initieer je acties om deze challenges aan te pakken binnen de business unit. Je beweegt je vlot doorheen de ganse organisatie en gaat in dialoog met de juiste stakeholders om zo je plannen succesvol te implementeren.
    • Daarnaast speel je ook in op de concrete noden van de organisatie en ben je hands-on. Je treedt op als sparring partner voor de business , adviseert en staat de lijnmanagers bij in de diverse HR kwesties. Als sterke communicator en moderator breng je de verschillende partijen op constructieve wijze bij elkaar. Je bent sterk mensgericht en bouwt mee aan een positieve cultuur.
    • Je houdt meerdere ballen in de lucht. Je werkt sterk op de soft HR processen . Zo bouw je de groep verder uit tot een aantrekkelijke werkgever in de diverse regio's. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste talenten worden aangetrokken, zet in op interne mobiliteit, talentontwikkeling en successie planning . Je monitort de performance management cyclus voor blue en white collars. Ook sta je in voor het sociaal overleg in de diverse landen.
    • Vanuit deze rol werk je samen met het Belgische HR team (4 mensen). Je neemt lokale projecten op en vult vanuit je expertise het team aan zodat de complementariteit versterkt wordt. Je reist 30-50% van je tijd naar de Europese vestigingen en stemt regelmatig af met je peers in de andere regio's.
    • Je rapporteert aan de Managing Director en bent ook diens klankbord.
    Profiel
    • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt ervaring in een generalistische HR-functie Je hebt een goede kennis van sociale wetgeving. Ervaring in een internationale context is een plus.
    • Je wisselt snel tussen strategisch en operationeel denken en handelen.
    • Je zin voor initiatief en doorzettingsvermogen stellen je in staat om vernieuwing uit te dragen doorheen de organisatie en structuur te brengen waar nodig.
    • Door je sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden genereer je impact en betrek je alle stakeholders bij het uitbouwen en implementeren van het HR-beleid. Je communiceert op eenduidige wijze.
    • Je bent mensgericht, hebt oog voor het individu en brengt een positieve vibe in de organisatie.
    • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een (klein) team.
    • Je bent flexibel naar verplaatsingen toe binnen West-Europa en bent bereid 50% van je tijd te reizen.
    • Je bent Nederlandstalig en vlot in het Frans en Engels. Spaans is een plus.
