    Your impact

    As a paralegal, you'll make an impact by:

  • Providing legal support and assistance in all stages of the legal life cycle of the different legal entities of the PwC network in Belgium.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on various (corporate) law matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and corporate policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Preparing and maintaining corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes of the shareholders' meetings, and shareholder agreements.
  • Supporting in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate finance.
  • Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities, such as publication in the Belgian Official Gazette.
  • Assist in managing and organising legal documentation, maintaining an efficient filing system, and ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing (corporate) calendars.
  • Staying up-to-date on changes in (company) law and relevant regulations.

    • About you

  • A Bachelor's degree in Belgian Law
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Paralegal, with a focus on company law.
  • In-depth knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to complex situations.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. including working with IT tools
  • Responsibility, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • You're a team player
  • Maturity and versatility to take charge of both administrative and legal aspects
  • Fluent language skills in Dutch, English and French
