- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on corporate law matters, ensuring adherence to governance, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Prepare and maintain corporate records, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and agreements
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with laws
- Support corporate transactions and activities such as mergers, acquisitions, and finance operations
- Aid in filing legal documents with relevant authorities and provide general administrative support to the legal team
- Stay informed on legislative changes and updates in company law
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a bonus)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal specializing in company law
- In-depth understanding of corporate governance and related regulations
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to apply legal principles to complex scenarios
