What do you have to offer?
A deep understanding of HR processes plus affinity with tech. Or a deep understanding of tech plus affinity with HR. Either way, those determined to get to the bottom of our customers' needs will fit right in.

But also:

Ideally you have a Medior or Senior experience
You have a SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one or more SF modules
You have demonstrable experience in a customeroriented role
You have solid interpersonal skills

Which task can you expect?

Facilitate customer process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align with solution functionality.
Manage SuccessFactors projects, resource allocation, deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices.
Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while adhering to product standards.
Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client's key users.
Work closely with SD Worx team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
Support presales activities.
