Are you ready for your Swapfiets adventure?
Hi, we are Swapfiets The bicycle subscription, where you are always assured of a working bicycle. Our mission? To make cities more liveable and sustainable under the motto 'buy less, use more'.

Do you enjoy playing the host or hostess? Are you the one who gives our members an awesome experience? As a
Retail Swapper in full-time, you give great service to our members and perform small repairs in the shop.

Are you looking for a great, flexible job at a fast-growing scale-up? Then this is the job you're looking for Who knows, you might soon be the indispensable link in our chain ;-)

Your responsibilities

Promotes the member experience;
You're the first point of contact for (potential) customers in store;
Work in the shop and provide excellent customer service to members and potential members, while increasing the value of the customer's basket;
You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized;
Drives upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members;
You will repair bikes at the shop;
If needed, you could also drive the Van to help our members with repairs onsite.

Your profile

Secondary vocational education working or thinking level;
Affinity with retail, bikes and service;
Fluent in Dutch and English;
You have a driver's license and feel comfortable driving a Van;
Available to work flexibly in
fulltime from Monday
Saturday between 10:00 18:30 (you can choose your day off);
Able to work 2 Saturdays a month;
Be a real Teamplayer
