About the role

The Process Expert provides technical and scientific expert front-line support to ensure timely execution of processes (business continuity) and timely closure of deviations and CAPAs in accordance with cGMPs, SOPs and applicable guidelines and functional standards and to make continuous improvements at the area of quality and productivity efficiency.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide information transfer and increase awareness of production teams following problems or modifications with a technical impact or impact on quality or HSE;
Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of all production operations in accordance with the documentation and the GMP, SSE and 5S guidelines;
Provide support on the shop floor as an expert in technical problems and ensure that the appropriate immediate corrective / remedial measures are implemented;
Develop the technical and scientific knowledge of technicians in the workplace;
Ensure timely handling of discrepancies, complaints, OOE, OOS, and implementation of effective CAPAs within the agreed schedules;
Lead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with MS&T experts and in accordance with cGMP, SOPs and applicable guidelines;

Role Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

Scientific or Engineering Degree;
Previous relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing support role;
Fluent in English and Dutch.
