    Als Marketing Project Manager SEAT|CUPRA ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en sturen van de ° coördinatie van de merkstrategie en het jaarplan voor CUPRA of SEAT, volledig in lijn met de strategische richtlijnen die in samenwerking met de Brand Marketing Manager zijn vastgesteld.

    Wat wordt jouw rol?

  • Je bent als Marketing Project Manager de spil in het opstellen van het jaarplan, naadloos afgestemd op de merkstrategie over alle marketing- en communicatiekanalen, zowel online als offline
  • Jij definieert de marketingdoelstellingen, de Unique Selling Proposition, doelgroepen, creatieve strategieën, begrotingen en de verdeling per kanaal
  • Daarnaast coördineer je de briefing, opvolging en analyse van alle projecten, inclusief rapportage van de campagneresultaten
  • Als beheerder van owned, paid en earned kanalen stel je de contentkalender op en zorg je voor uitvoering
  • Je beheert sponsorships, partnerships en het netwerk van influencers
  • Verder waarborg je de overeenstemming van de uitgegeven begroting voor jouw projecten met de gevalideerde begroting, inclusief administratieve opvolging
  • Jij zorgt voor consistentie, complementariteit en optimalisatie van het plan en de uitgevoerde acties, zowel intern met centrale marketingexperts als extern met agentschappen

  • Masterkennisniveau of een gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een ° marketingfunctie
  • Diepgaande kennis van de automobielsector, het merk en de producten is een pluspunt
  • Volledige beheersing van alle communicatiekanalen, zowel online als offline
  • Creatieve en innovatieve denkwijze, met een langetermijnvisie
  • Uitstekende projectmanagement- en coördinatievaardigheden, met het vermogen om stakeholders te mobiliseren voor de realisatie van ideeën en visies
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Vloeiend in de tweede landstaal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
