Global Customer Experience (GCX) Process Development Specialist.
**The placement of this position is flexible, meaning that you can be situated anywhere near our regional hubs across Europe.
In this role you will report to the GCX Development Manager based in Belgium.We are a dynamic and global company committed to excellence in customer experience.
Our Global Customer Experience Development Team is at the forefront of ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and we're looking for a talented individual to join us in optimizing and elevating our operations.
Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to think on your feet.You'll be supporting to increase performance of Order To Cash (OTC) processes through process improvement, support GCX teams with problem solving, and ensure process adherence and compliance.
All the while keeping our business priorities digitalization, customer centricity and sustainability at the heart of what you do.Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to:
- Increase performance of Order To Cash processes
- Support GCX teams with problem solving techniques
- Ensure process adherence and compliance
- Review and redesign OTC processes for efficiency and compliance
- Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with IT for development
- Collaborate with GCX and other stakeholders for process improvement
- Act as SME for process knowledge within GCX
Preferred background
- Proven experience in Business process management and Project Management
- Process Improvement methodology ideally Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- SAP and OTC processes and digitalization knowledge is an asset
- Excellent command of English
- University Degree. Minimum Bachelor. Master preferred.
