We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Change Manager.


Mission:


  • Act as E2E change manager on strategic programmes of the Grid operations department: Domus Electricity, Domus Gas, Domus EP and the reorganisation of the electricity guard.
  • Define the change strategy for the 4 parties
  • Define the change plan
  • Identify and define operational indicators linked to change management activities (inside and outside the project)
  • Be able to take on the role of Change lead in projects
  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of change in projects (= delivery of actions identified in the change strategy) to the targeted stakeholders
  • Identify, analyse and prepare actions to mitigate the risks associated with change
  • Raise the organisation's awareness of the need to manage change
  • Follow the methodology and guidelines of the change office responsible for corporate change
  • Interact, on request, with team leaders/process managers to facilitate the adoption of change
  • Support/advise management (foremen/supervisors/team leaders/department heads/directors) in managing and adopting change
  • Know the techniques and tools to help line managers manage the adoption of change in their teams
  • Provide onthespot support for the adoption of change by technical teams
  • Liaise on a daily basis with the project team AND those involved in the field (technicians, unions, etc.) to ensure that the parties and objectives are aligned
  • Putting in place the necessary means of communication to get messages and changes across
  • Provide support and/or training and coaching for the parties identified
  • Coach the sponsors in their role

Required Profile:


  • Understanding of ADKAR change models and the stages of change that employees will go through
  • Experience and knowledge of Change Management principles, methods and tools (ADKAR preferred)
  • Strong communication skills & listening skills to any type of audience (from the field to the Clevel)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills (Insights red or yellow profile preferred)
  • Influencing and convincing
  • Proactive, autonomous, independent, curious, creative, tenacious, determined, patient, indulgent, confident while accepting daily questioning, honest
  • Flexible and able to function in complex and variable environments, both internal and external
  • Strong organisational skills (structured approach, concise, accessible, precise, etc.)
  • Able to connect with all levels in the organisation in highresistance environments
  • Be present with operational teams to convey messages, capture needs and liaise with project and management teams
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Strong sense of business and organisational challenges
  • Experience with standard project management and project lifecycle methodologies
