Responsibilities
Create a monthly reporting set
Create dashboards.
Set up sales controlling & margin analysis
Monitor compliance
Cost controlling & transfer pricing.
Internal control and audit plan setup.
Manage KPI's & management dashboards that support policy
Budgeting, forecasting
Cash flow management.
