Job Location(s): Groot-Bijgaarden, BEWithin Danfoss Drives, we are looking for a
Head of Partners Benelux (M/F) to join our Drives Benelux organization.

Responsibilities:

The Partner Manager Benelux is the owner of the distribution network within the Benelux sub-region.

You assure a market coverage of our key industries, customer types, products & services that is not in the focus of the direct sales organization.

You will work in close co-operation with the local direct sales organization and contribute to the overall success of the Danfoss Drives Benelux organization.

Further tasks and responsibilities you can expect are:

Responsibility for the development of the Distribution Partner Network, including electronic partners in the Benelux;
Implement a Partner Excellence Program;
Have an active role in the conjunction of with our Service Partner and develop and manage DrivePro Business through our Service Partner network;
Develop and improve partner performance and key partner processes;
Organize trainings for our partner programmes in line with Partner Excellence Program;
Identify & Build partner front line sales competencies and implement My Pipeline;
The perspective to lead the team of partner sales engineers within the Benelux area.

Background & Skills:

We would like to see that you possess a bachelor's and or master's degree in Business/Economics or Engineering, combined with several years of relevant work experience in distribution sales.

Additionally, we are looking for:

A person who can motivate, coach and develop our partners in terms of business, skill set and the way of doing business;
Experience with leading people, influence stakeholders and balance internal and external interests in a diplomatic manner;
Understand and able to manage and execute strategy, decisions and communicate to stakeholders at different levels;
Understand the principles of digital marketing, customercentric orientation and customer journey focused;
The ability to facilitate and drive change without losing focus on quality and reliability;
Possess fluent (in word and writing) language skills for the Dutch and English language. French is a benefit.
