- Het uitvoeren, documenteren en reviewen van de klachten, inclusief het verzorgen van een antwoord naar het ziekenhuis/de zorgverstrekker/de patiënt
- Het garanderen van het juiste onderzoeksniveau per type klacht. Het is belangrijk te kunnen differentiëren tussen product-gerelateerde klachten welke eigen zijn aan het product en proces-gerelateerde klachten, welke kunnen veroorzaakt worden tijdens ons productieproces en hierbij het gepaste onderzoeksniveau te rationaliseren.
- Het doorvertalen van de noden van de patiënt naar onze productie-omgeving en omgekeerd.
- Communicatie naar andere departementen is hier uiterst belangrijk.
- Het ondersteunen van de Complaint Project Engineer bij het trenden van de klachten: op kwartaal- en jaarbasis wordt, aan de hand van de nodige statistische tools, de klachtenratio in kaart gebracht.
- Het ondersteunen van de Complaint Project Engineer in de coördinatie van diepgaande onderzoeken in samenwerking met experten vanuit productie, product support, QA Operations en andere afdelingen
- Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting
- Freelancers komen ook in aanmerking
- Je gaat accuraat te werk en kan werken onder strikte deadlines
- Je kan hoofd-en bijzaken onderscheiden van elkaar (prioriteiten kunnen stellen)
- Je beschikt over sterke geschreven communicatievaardigheden (zowel NL als Engels): je schrijft duidelijke technische rapporten van je onderzoek
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen (risico's inschatten, data uitrekenen)
- Je bezit overtuigingskracht die je gebruikt om verschillende partijen bij elkaar te brengen om tot de best mogelijke oplossing te komen
- Je bent een teamplayer
