Functie:

The (junior) Helpdesk Officer is an entry-level position for someone with 0 to 3 years of experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide installation and support of PC hardware and software (including peripheral devices such as printers and (cell) phones).
Perform onsite analyze, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware and software solutions, including remote repair.
Adhere to procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring helpdesk requests. You must create a high level of user satisfaction through accurate timely follow up, strong technical skills, good customer communication and relationship building.
Be responsable for the maintenance of the equipment (workstations, fix phones and cellphones)

Profiel:

The (junior) Helpdesk Officer is an entry-level position for someone with 0 to 3 years of experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

You have a bachelor in computer science (option network) or equivalent with your experience and have a first successful experience in enduser support.
You have excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and OSX, and have a good knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, MDT and WSUS are certainly a positive extra.
You easily use computer tools (call taking, remote control, etc.) and have the ability to quickly diagnose and fix problems.
You are a teamplayer, client orientated, flexible, motivated and interact favourably with a wide variety of people
You are native Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other national language. English is a plus.

Bedrijf:

You will work full-time in our Brussels office as a (Junior) Helpdesk Officer.

Every now and then you make a trip to support your colleagues based in the offices in Deventer (the Netherlands).

You will be part of our infrastructure department and will work closely with our IT team in Belgium and our IT Infrastructure department in Nantes (France).
