As a
Business Consultant for the
Salesforce solution, your job will be to implement this
fast-growing solution for our customers by
configuring it to perfectly fit their needs.

You manage not one customer in the long term, but a
large number of customers and projects simultaneously.

One customer is not the other and we have
more than 1000 of them in
completely different areas. So you can work in the pharmaceutical sector one day and in construction the next.

Responsibilities:

Upon startup, you will receive
thorough, customized training from our leading experts in the field.

You will learn more about the Salesforce solution and then you will:


  • Help
    implement Salesforce at our customers
-
Configure the tool so that it is perfectly adapted to the customer's needs
-
Analyze and evaluate customer questions and needs for specific requests

  • Manage your
    schedule independently:
  • Maintain a
    strong relationship with our customers through your professional advice
-
Provide standard training to customers on the use of the solution

  • Ensure
    weekly followup of projects under the supervision of a Project Manager

Profile:


Must-have:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in management or IT
  • Driver's license B
  • Experience or Salesforce certification in the "Administrator" module
  • Ability to think outside the box and take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be customer oriented & love customer contact
  • Willing to visit customers 23 days a week
  • Be a Swiss army knife and appreciate multiproject management
  • Team player mentality
  • Be able to participate in sales calls
  • Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of English

  • Good knowledge of French
