- Je initieert verbetertrajecten in de verschillende afdelingen om de door het management gekozen initiatieven tot uitvoeren te brengen, gebaseerd op methodes en technieken uit Lean (bijvoorbeel Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, Probleem oplossing),
- Je werkt mee aan het structurele verbeterkader waardoor je er voor kan zorgen dat er meer verbeter ideeën ontstaan en uitgevoerd kunnen worden.
- Je ondersteunt de verschillende diensten operationeel voor wat betreft de start van verbeterinitiatieven (bv het bestellen van materiaal, het opstellen van instructies,)
- Je volgt de verschillende verbeterinitiatieven op en rapporteert hierover in de organisatie.
- Je geeft opleidingen over de best practices en Lean technieken.
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van de dienst continu verbeteren en ondersteunt de verschillende communicatiekanalen van Prayon Puurs.
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma
- Je kent verschillende Lean verbetertechnieken waarbij een SixSigma Green Belt een pluspunt is.
- Je beheerst gespreks-/feedback en coaching technieken waarbij je ook goed kan luisteren en open-minded bent.
- Je bent communicatief sterk waarbij je ook graag voor een groep kan spreken.
- Je kan goed analyseren, je bent creatief en zoekt steeds naar oplossingen in teamverband
- Je bent positief en neemt initiatieven (je wil de status quo doorbreken) die je met je organisatietalent tot een goed einde kan brengen.
