You will be a key support in the function for the day to day operations excellence activities, so we can enhance our efficiency.

What's on the menu?- Support the maintenance and optimization of existing processes through regular data analysis and process reviews.- Assist in the development of training materials and the delivery of training sessions to ensure proper adoption of process improvements.- Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.- Provide regular updates on project status and results to Operations Excellence team members and other stakeholders.

What are we looking for? (Core Qualifications & Experience)- High school diploma or equivalent education- Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required Strong organizational and time management skills- Good verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks- Professional demeanor and positive attitude- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
