Beschrijving

As a Service Advisor, your responsibility is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through impeccable after-sales service.

Function and responsibilities:

Effectively manage workshop staffing and productivity through proactive scheduling.
Working with the technical department to prepare work orders.
Perform quality checks on car service and manage billing.
Provide replacement vehicle and inspect condition on return if required.
Constantly coordinating with colleagues in the workshop and shop.
Deliver cars to customers after servicing and provide professional, technical feedback as required.
Perform administrative tasks according to internal procedures.
Monitor and process warranty files and claims.
Updating customer and vehicle data in the database.
Processing work orders/invoices through Renta solutions according to proper procedures. Compliance with all applicable aftersales procedures.

Training/Experience:

Higher education (administrative or technical) or similar experience.

Required Skills:

Technical outlook.
Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Fluent in French and Dutch, with good knowledge of English.
Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus.

Required technical skills:

Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry.
Good knowledge of bodywork repairs.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.).
Fluent speaking of Dutch, French and English.
