- Tu apprends les tâches et les responsabilités des collaborateurs et des managers tout en te perfectionnant dans tous les aspects des fonctions de management en magasin.
- Tout au long de ton parcours tu es accompagné.e. Tu développes tes compétences personnelles en participant à des formations, séminaires et évènements tout au long de ton parcours avec les autres Young Graduates
- Tudisposes d'un bachelier ou master.
- Tu as moins de deux ans d'expérience professionnelle.
- Tu es francophone ou néerlandophone et dispose d'une bonne maîtrise de l'autre langue (niveau européen B1 au minimum).
- Tes qualités : proactivité et assertivité, orientation terrain, clients et résultats. Tu es adaptable, ouvert·e au changement et doté·e d'une excellente capacité de communication et de collaboration.
- Tu as envie de relever de nouveaux défis et tu as la volonté de commencer ta carrière dans le retail.

De quoi s'agit-il ?
Il s'agit d'un programme de 2 ans permettant à de jeunes diplômés d'intégrer un parcours de découverte des métiers en magasin chez Carrefour.
L'objectif : accéder rapidement à des fonctions clés en magasin.
Domaine de responsabilités
A l'issue du programme, tu pourras accéder à une fonction de management en magasin (manager commercial, directeur de magasin, etc.). Tu deviendras alors responsable de sa gestion complète, tant commerciale, financière qu'administrative et ce, en gérant les équipes avec pour finalité première : que les clients quittent le magasin satisfaits de leur visite
