    Beschrijving

    Eind lanceerde Van Marcke de startup Van Marcke Installs. Met deze startup willen we verdergaan dan de standaard dienstverlening. We gaan voluit voor digitalisering en verbinden op die manier particulieren met onze 15. installateurs. Het is onze ambitie om de installatie van een ketel of waterverzachter zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken voor zowel de eindconsument als de installateur.

    Van Marcke Installs zit absoluut in de lift. Dat betekent dat er veel werk aan de winkel is, maar ook dat je zeker je steentje kan bijdragen bij de verdere groei en optimalisatie van VM Installs. Je komt terecht in een klein, gemotiveerd team van 3.

    JOUW PASSIE

    Je bent commercieel ingesteld en wil alles op alles zetten om klanten aan te trekken. Wie zijn de huidige klanten? Wat kopen de huidige klanten? Waar ligt nog potentieel? Hoe kunnen we zo veel mogelijk verschillende klanten aantrekken? Jij brengt de huidige customer journey bij verkoop van ketels/boilers in kaart. Je bekijkt de journey met een kritisch oog, doet een evaluatie ervan en maakt verbetervoorstellen op. Samen met de collega's, werk je jouw voorstellen volledig uit. Hou je van digitalisering en kan je vlot overweg met verschillende computertools? Top Je zet rapportages & dashboards op van de verkoopscijfers en geeft uitleg aan het team.
