- You will play an important role in collaborating with various departments, including R&D and Sales, to ensure effective assistance for customers and collectively enhance product development.
- You will get to know our products inside and out, collect feedback from users and translate the user manual into user benefits and explain it in an understandable way.
- Your primary responsibilities will revolve around addressing inquiries and technical issues via both phone and email channels, all managed through our streamlined ticketing system.
- You will help find solutions for our customers if they experience problems during installation or configuration.
- You will assist Smappee partners by providing support to their end customers.
- You posses a genuine interest in ICT (HW and Software) and/or Electricity, with a willingness to expand knowledge in the energy/e-mobility sector
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team and engaging with customers
- You are fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is a bonus
- You exhibit a sense of accountability, a focus on quality, and a knack for problem-solving
