Job Description:

You must speak Fluent Dutch & English for this role.
You count with the necessary paper work to porsuit a new career opportunity in Belgium

THE CONTEXT
You will work with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding.

You draw up contracts and addenda, possibly in consultation with our legal department, take care of signature follow-up (Docusign), manage special clauses and the renewalkalander (Salesforce).

In addition, you are a pricing specialist and take care of important processes such as price indexation.

Because of your work, new customers have a positive first experience, we know perfectly what is contractually agreed upon and have insight when contract negotiations are coming up.

YOUR SKILLS OR THOSE YOU WANT YO LEARN

You are administratively strong and accurate. You have an eye for detail without losing the overview.
You question things when necessary, dare to take initiative and are constantly looking for improvements.
You can set priorities.
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
Experience in Salesforce and contract management is a plus.
You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
