    Tâches/Défis

    Rapportant au responsable de la comptabilité, l'Accounts Payable Accountant sera responsable du traitement et du paiement des factures fournisseurs et notes de frais.

    De plus, il sera responsable de la gestion de la trésorerie.

    Le département financier d'Immoweb est composé de 9 personnes.

    En collaboration avec l'équipe comptable, vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes :

    Comptabilité

  • de l'enregistrement des factures fournisseurs dans la comptabilité
  • du suivi du processus d'approbation des factures fournisseurs et notes de frais
  • du paiement des factures fournisseurs
  • de l'enregistrement des extraits de banques relatifs aux divers paiements effectués par la société
  • de faire le suivi des soldes sur les comptes bancaires et d'effectuer les transferts de fonds d'un compte bancaire à l'autre et vers le centre de trésorerie du groupe Axel Springer.

    • Systèmes et processus financiers :

  • Vous apprendrez à travailler avec notre nouveau système financier, Workday.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi des transactions et paiements bancaires de la société via la plateforme Isabel.
  • Vous veillerez au respect des processus au sein de l'entrep

    • Qualifications

    Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor en Comptabilité ou possédez une expérience équivalente
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que comptable fournisseurs
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances fiscales et de TVA en matière d'enregistrement des factures fournisseurs.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance/expérience de l'utilisation des systèmes financiers / systèmes ERP
  • Vous parlez couramment le français, avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et de bonnes notions de Néerlandais
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec Excel
  • Vous êtes précis, organisé, proactif et prêt à prendre des initiatives.
  • Vous êtes flexible et bon communicateur, et vous avez l'esprit d'équipe.
