- Providing administrative support to lawyers, including preparing legal documents, drafting correspondence, and managing client communication.
- Overseeing office operations, including reception duties, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
- Proactively managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assisting with translations, particularly between Dutch, French, and English.
- Helping plan and execute internal and external events.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment, offering support to team members, and promoting a positive team spirit.
- Conducting regular visits to the library for research purposes and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Developing and formatting presentations using MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
- Coordinating the setup of new office spaces for an upcoming team expansion, including liaising with stakeholders and overseeing logistical arrangements.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a small team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Willingness to actively participate in team discussions and meetings.
- A long-term contract ; full time basis
