- Vous gérez l'agenda des avocats ;
- Vous travaillez en collaboration avec la réception et le service comptabilité ;
- Vous vous occupez de la gestion du courrier et de la prise de rendez-vous ;
- Vous rédigez les minutes des réunions ;
- Vous fournissez un soutien administratif à l'équipe.
- Vous maitriser le français sur le bout des doigts, avoir une excellente orthographe est indispensable ;
- Vous avez de bonnes bases en anglais et en néerlandais ;
- Vous avez une expérience préalable dans le domaine juridique ;
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et faites preuve de discrétion dans votre travail. Respecter le secret professionnel est une de vos priorités :
